Biography

Teri Brentnall, M.D., is a board certified physician at the Digestive Health Center at UW Medical Center and SCCA, co-director of the SCCA Pancreatic Cancer Surveillance Program, the UW's Charles and Mary Ann Walters Endowed Chair in Medicine and Gastroenterology and a UW professor of Pathology.

Dr. Brentnall is a clinical gastroenterologist who also is a cancer researcher. She specializes in caring for patients that have an elevated risk of intestinal cancer due to hereditary susceptibility. She enjoys caring for patients who are interested in a healthy lifestyle.

Dr. Brentnall earned her M.D. at the UW. She is working on earlier detection of pancreatic cancer and IBD-related colon cancer through the development of cancer biomarkers and molecular imaging.
